During the Covid-19 pandemic:

Please arrive at your appointment time.  Using the waiting room is discouraged at this time. If you are early, please text me at (917) 541-6275 and I will make every effort to get you into your treatment room as soon as possible. Before you enter the treatment room, your temperature will be taken and if it is 101.4º F or above you will be asked to return home and contact your doctor.

Please come in WEARING your mask. Wash your hands prior to entering the office. Hand sanitizer will be available for your use in the office before and after treatment.

Please do not bring unnecessary items into the office with you, e.g., bags, water bottles, iPads, etc. The fewer items you have, the less likely we will have any issues with contamination. While in the office, try to touch as few surface areas as possible. This helps reduce the amount of cleaning and disinfecting between patients.

If you intend to pay by check, please bring it already filled out or bring your own pen.

If anyone accompanies you, they will have to wait outside, or come back to meet you at the end of your treatment.

Each patient will sign a Covid-19 informed consent form before treatment. The form outlines the risks of being exposed to Covid-19 and the potential repercussions of the virus on one’s body.

All high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, side-tables, and treatment tables will be cleaned with Covid-19-killing disinfectants before opening the office, between patients, and at the end of the day. All table linens will be changed between patients. If you think you might get cold, please bring your own cover-up because at this time there can be no shared blankets.

There are no employees at this office other than the practitioners who practice here. If any of us gets sick with Covid-19, the office will be disinfected, all patients who have been in the office within the past 14 days will be notified, and the practitioner will self-quarantine for 14 days before re-opening.

Practitioners will wash hands between patients and use at least 60% alcohol-based sanitizer while working with patients.

Please DO NOT come to your appointment if you have, or have had, any cold or flu symptoms in the past 14 days, have traveled recently, or have any of the symptoms that are associated with Covid-19.This applies if you have a household member with any symptoms. We know that there are many silent carriers, but the goal is to minimize any exposure of known causes. Instead, call to reschedule or discuss other options. I can consult over the phone and offer you an herbal prescription to help with your resistance, symptoms, and recovery.

Thank you for your help and cooperation to keep everyone safe.
